Paradise Flower Pendant XL - Amazonite, Ethiopian Opal

 The flower on this iconic Sophie Joanne charm is hand-carved from amazonite by an expert artisan, using an age-old, wood-carving technique. 

The pendant is set with a cabochon-cut Ethiopian opal, which symbolizes grounding for the emotional body and is hand-cast from 14-karat recycled gold. 

The shape of the flower was inspired by the works of Maruja Mallo (1942), who is known for her exploration of femininity and nature, through surrealist and abstract paintings. 

This piece is handmade from 14-karat recycled gold in our Atelier in Amsterdam. All gemstones are natural and hand carved, therefore there may be a slight variation in color, shape, and weight of the product.
